Mullet Boards Shipping and Delivery
- We provide *Free Shipping only for Australia Mainland locations on all orders over $100 (excluding Demo and Seconds Boards)
- $18 Flat Shipping Rate for larger items under $100
- $10 Flat Shipping Rate for smaller items under $100 (Neos, board bags, leashes, spare fins etc)
Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as soon as possible. We will also notify you when your product is dispatched via e-mail and provide you with tracking details. (If the item is not available, you will receive a notification with alternative options).
- All items marked as "In Stock" and available for purchase are stocked in our warehouse. If available, all orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hrs depending on the order volume we are experiencing, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery to most postcodes within NSW, QLD, VIC, and SA.
- For Western Australia, Northern Territories, Tasmania, and remote regional postcodes, orders may take up to 5-10 working days. (Please note that these are a guide only and actual times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances).
- Once your order is fulfilled by us you will be sent your tracking number via the e-mail address you provided at checkout.
- For all board orders, we use Direct Freight or Fastway Couriers post depending on the Postcode or delivery address provided. Once your order is fulfilled by us you will be sent your tracking number via the e-mail address you provided at checkout. Please note that for these orders that unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.
Important information:
- Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
- We pick, pack and process your order as fast as possible once you have completed your order. Due to this, we cannot guarantee changes to your order including your delivery details, items, sizes, or removing items from your order. If you change your mind about anything, please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to assist.
- For board orders, the courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, drivers are not supplied work phones by their courier's company to call before delivery, If no one will be able to accept the delivery, please consider providing your work address. If this is not possible, with your consent we can give the driver "Authority to Leave", however, we accept no responsibility once the item has been delivered.
- Mullet Boards is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

*Additional shipping fees will apply for deliveries to further remote areas outside of mainland Australia, such as:
- Rottnest Island.
- Fraser Island.
- Magnetic Island.
- Phillip Island.
- Whitsundays.
- Lord Howe Island.
- Moreton Island.
- Agnes Water.
International delivery information:
- Currently we are only delivering within Australia, however, we are hard at work organising an affordable way to get our products overseas.
